Location was GREAT, great hotel. the rooms were clean and gorgeous, with a private bathroom. - the venue was really close to the Medina of Marrakesh as well as the airport or tourist sights such as the Majorelle Jardin or YSL museum. - Local fast food option Restaurant Square was a 5-minute walk away. - the jazz bar was a delightful surprise.

I greatly enjoyed this property - amazing and great hotel.

the hotel was a superb base for enjoying a busy area, adjacent to the square and chef rita, old town, and the medina close to the souks and palaces. there were clean and absolutely gorgeous rooms. the pool was lovely and the staff was caring. also, location was marvellous, not too far from a large 12th - century almohad - style mosque. i came here for 4 nights and had an extra special stay.

Clean room, nice beds. Great and perfect location in Medina district not far from old town, touristic sights such as the majorelle jardin and YSL museum. Also, very close to the main Plaza.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the local market and attractions. We enjoyed the delicious homemade soup and cookies that were provided.

The room itself was underwhelming and basic, not meeting our expectations. The bed was uncomfortable and the lack of heating in the dining area made it quite cold.

The Riad's beautiful terrace was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views. The location in the heart of the medina was ideal, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with navigating the bustling streets.

We had a fantastic stay at this riad in the heart of the medina. the location was perfect, just a short distance from the souks and palaces. the riad itself was stunning, with well-maintained facilities and a beautiful rooftop terrace. the highlight of our experience was the exceptional staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Moussa, in particular, stood out with his kindness and willingness to assist us with anything we needed. He helped us book transfers, arranged tickets, and even supported us in retrieving our lost luggage at the airport. His humble demeanor and excellent customer service skills made our stay truly memorable. We were impressed and believe he should manage the riad for his outstanding abilities. However, it was very close to the main Plaza, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff was helpful in arranging transport to the airport or tourist sights such as the majorelle jardin or YSL museum. They even organized a private taxi for us, which was a great convenience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast served in the beautiful courtyard was delicious. The rooftop area provided a nice view and was perfect for relaxing.

The bathroom was a bit disappointing as the shower area didn't have a curtain, causing the toilet to get wet every time we took a shower.

The hotel's convenient location near the airport, only 5 km away, made it ideal for my quick stay. the hotel is situated just 3.6 km from the heart of Marrakesh, allowing for easy access to the city's attractions.

The room I was assigned, located on the ground floor next to reception, lacked privacy as it opened up to the pool and lobby area.

The value for money was excellent, with a clean and comfortable room. The location was great, close to the souks and palaces. The staff were exceptional, making our stay very special.

Morning meal could have been better with more variety.
